A whole room, just for you
Our back room can be booked entirely for your group while the café out front keeps running as normal: private-venue atmosphere without renting out a whole restaurant.
Smaller groups can also book the back room for themselves, you then sit at several tables spread across the room, but completely among yourselves

Sharing breakfast: everything on the table
We place everything in the middle, breads and pastries, spreads, savoury and fresh things, and everyone helps themselves right at the table. No ordering marathon, no waiting for the whole group's dishes to arrive at once.
The sharing breakfast is available daily until 4pm, as a guide from €16.00 per person. Drinks are ordered as usual, from cappuccino to aperitif. Vegetarian wishes are part of the plan.

Can you rent a private room at KostBar?
Yes: our back room can be booked exclusively for your group, seated at several tables spread across the room but completely among yourselves, while the café out front keeps running as usual.
What is the KostBar sharing breakfast?
Our format for big groups until 4pm: we place everything in the middle of the table, breads and pastries, spreads, savoury and fresh things, and everyone helps themselves. As a guide, prices start at €16.00 per person, drinks extra. Vegetarian wishes are part of the plan. In the evening everyone simply orders à la carte.
Is KostBar a good spot for a Christmas party?
Very much so: a private room for the team, coffee through cocktails from one place, and the Schanze right outside for afterwards. Prefer a daytime party? Until 4pm we set up our sharing breakfast. December dates go first, so ask early.
How far in advance should we ask?
For the full back room, the sharing breakfast or December dates: the earlier the better. Please also tell us roughly how long you would like to stay. We usually reply the same day.
Geht auch à la carte für große Gruppen?
Natürlich. Nicht jede Runde will das Gleiche, bei Arbeitstreffen oder gemischten Gruppen bestellt einfach jeder von der Karte, vom ganzen Frühstück bis zum einzelnen Cappuccino.
